Social Impact Assessment

A Social Impact Assessment (SIA) is the process of analysing, predicting and managing the positive and negative impacts of major policy change and development on the lives, lifestyles and livelihoods of people and communities.

Our SIA and engagement methodology is based on international best practice standards combined with local knowledge and contextual understanding.

Working alongside Jane Munday, True North Strategy Advisory provides best practice engagement and social impact advice and follow through with practical support.
